St. Anthony Catholic School is committed to educating the whole child, by providing a learning environment that promotes academic excellence, spiritual growth, and moral development- building a solid foundation for today's youth to succeed in tomorrow's world.
The four pillars of our school are: Faith, Family, Knowledge and Service
We are committed to:
Educating the whole child spiritually, intellectually, emotionally, socially and physically.
Developing close personal relationships with God through worship, service and lived Gospel values.
Providing a challenging, well-rounded curriculum through the collaboration of teachers, students, parents, church and community.
St. Anthony Catholic School offers a Christ-centered learning environment with 11 full time homeroom teachers in grades 3K-8th guiding students from the moment they enter the classroom each day. The art, music, physical education, foreign language, band and media arts instructors balance our rigorous academic program.
Eighth grade students who successfully complete all course work have the opportunity to graduate from St. Anthony with up to five high school credits.
We have added clubs of interest and additional sports for students in all grades. These include the Coding Club, Yearbook, Trail Life and American Heritage Girls. Our sports program has grown to include soccer, volleyball, basketball, tennis and track and field.
Over the past several years, one of our greatest accomplishments as a school community has been in the area of outreach. Throughout the school year, students support local and national outreach programs. Students learn first hand of the services and need that different agencies in the South Carolina area have. Students support these projects by making cards, collecting clothes, providing food for the food pantry of St. Anthony Church, and raising money.
